Carignan from 86 year old organic vines in Redwood Valley, Mendocino. The fruit was picked in mid September. Fermented 25% wholecluster and aged for 9 months in neutral french oak. This is the very first wine that Vinca Minor started their winery with back in 2013. Fresh blackberries, violets and cedar.
