2003 Chateau du Moulin Vieux Cotes-du-Bourg

A very small cuvée of dry white wine typical of the heat wave vintage and which presents itself in a frank gold color, quite intense. Its slightly heavy aromas of honey, acacia and orange zest are reminiscent of a sweet. The palate is oily and floral. This wine should be consumed fairly quickly, for example with fish in white sauce or dumplings.
