1997 Domaine des Perdrix Vosne Romanee

Initially from the wine cellar somewhat cool, but from the glass come convincing pinot tones of red berries and stubbornness (according to cohabitant fertilizer). Taste-wise a relatively slim wine, brick red in color with nice legs. Red juicy berries, a bit like my mother’s mixed juice with red and black currants and a bit of strawberry but with a little surprising spiciness.
